I know because I’m their mother. They grew up together – cooked at home together – and now own a restaurant together.

The last time they worked together was at Bistro 607 in 2003. While Marshall was at New England Culinary Institute, he did a 6 month intership at 607 and worked with Pete, And, they both worked in the Savoie (Savoy) region of France – with Jean-Michel Bouvier at Restaurant L’Essential in Chambery – four years apart.
